A symbol of casual elegance since 1933, the Lacoste brand draws on the authenticity of its sporting roots to offer a unique and original universe. With operations in more than 25 countries, the company wanted to put the digital HR experience of its employees at the heart of its strategy.  It is with this ambition that Lacoste launched its digital HR strategy in 2018. And since 2019, the Talentsoft solution has been a core part of that strategy.
